Resize to exact pixels without cropping

Type a width and height in pixels, or tap 640, 1080 or 2048 px to set the longest edge. Keep aspect ratio is on by default, so the shape stays the same. Resize never crops. If you turn the lock off, the photo stretches to the new shape.

Need a different shape? Use Canvas Size, in the Edit group.

Exports can be up to 8,192 px on each side and 32 megapixels.

Your photos stay on your iPhone

“Images and documents stay on your device.” Framli Settings

Every tool works on your iPhone. Your photos and PDFs stay on your iPhone, and there’s no account.

Framli opens your photos without asking to see your whole library. It only asks to save edited images to it.

Every export is a fresh file without camera or location details. To only remove those details, use Clean Metadata.

Purchases go through Apple. The app sends usage and error reports, which are on by default. You can turn off “Share usage and error reports” in Settings. The reports never include your images, names or the text you type.

What Framli doesn’t do

  • Each photo can be up to 100 MB and 80 megapixels. Exports can be up to 8,192 px per side and 32 MP. Stitch Screenshots can go to 32,768 px on the long side.
  • No video, GIFs or animated images. No RAW or HDR editing, and no camera.
  • No AI image generation, generative fill or upscaling. The Subject cutout in Remove Background needs iOS 17.
  • Exports can’t keep EXIF or location data, because every file is saved fresh.
  • iPhone only, iOS 15 or later. No Shortcuts actions, widgets or iPad layout.
  • There’s no separate Save button. To save to Photos, use the share sheet.
